![]() ![]() ![]() Started quickbms from the subfolder i put it in. Uh, posting this here now i guess? I tried running quickbms manually, as you suggested. (the one exception I've found is houses.csv which excel consistently screws up, for that I've been using CSVpad which isn't as elegant but will get the job done for all the csv files and is free. You can open cvs with anything that will edit csv files – Excel will and will usually save them ok as long as you make sure not to change the file type. Give it a name (cfg or extracted or whatever makes sense to you) and see what you can do with the contents! Once you click on the one you want to extrack the directory window will ask you for a folder you want it extracted to. For most of the easily tweaked stuff, this included you will need to unpak cfg.pak. pak files.Ĭlick on one that you want to unpak. Now the directory will also show all the. In the directory window click on life_is_feudal.bms. This will bring up two windows, one white on black which will tell you what the program is doing, the other a directory window which will show you what in the directory quickbms knows what to do with (not much).
